How to Set Up Aroma IPTV on a Fire TV Stick
Choose one method only. Use the same Server URL, Username and Password from your welcome email with whichever app you choose. Each method follows the same flow: install the app, enter your details, then open your channels.
Method 1: IPTV Smarters Pro
Simplest to start with — if available in your official store.
-
Check the Fire TV app store for IPTV Smarters Pro
On the Fire TV home screen open Search and type "IPTV Smarters Pro". If the genuine app is available for your device and region, select it and choose Get or Download. If it is not available or you are unsure which listing is genuine, stop and go to the Talk to a Person section.
-
Open the app, choose Add New User, then Login with Xtream Codes API
Launch the app, select Add New User, then choose Login with Xtream Codes API.
-
Enter the Server URL, Username and Password from your welcome email
Copy the three details from your welcome email into the matching fields and select Add User.
-
Wait for the channels to load, then open Live TV
The first load can take a minute or two. Open Live TV to browse channels, or search for one by name.
Method 2: TiviMate
Fuller programme guide — where guide data is available.
-
Check the Fire TV app store for TiviMate
On the Fire TV home screen open Search and type "TiviMate". If the genuine app is available for your device and region, select it and choose Get or Download. If it is not available or you are unsure which listing is genuine, stop and go to the Talk to a Person section.
-
Add a playlist
Open TiviMate, choose Add Playlist, then select Xtream Codes as the playlist type.
-
Enter your Aroma IPTV login details
Enter the Server URL, Username and Password from your welcome email, then confirm.
-
Let the playlist load, then start watching
When it has loaded, open the TV section for live channels or the guide view to see what is on now.
How to Set Up Aroma IPTV on a Samsung or LG Smart TV

On Samsung open Apps; on LG open the LG Content Store. Search for an IPTV player such as Smart IPTV or SS IPTV. Availability depends on your TV model and region.
-
Note the details the app shows
Open the app. It usually displays a device identifier such as a MAC address (XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX).
-
Send those details to our support team
Message us on WhatsApp or email with the identifier shown, and we will tell you the next step for your device.
-
Restart the app and start watching
Close and reopen the app. Once your device is set up, the channels and on-demand library load.
If Your TV Cannot Run an IPTV App, Use a Streaming Stick
If no compatible IPTV app is available for your TV model, year or region, consider a streaming stick instead. Before choosing one, go to Talk to a Person so our team can help you check the device and app options.

A Note on Roku
Roku limits third-party IPTV app options. A Fire TV Stick or Android TV device can be an easier alternative, provided a compatible app is available. Check the Fire TV Stick guide or Android TV guide, and ask our team before choosing a device.
About the Apps: Choose the One You Like
You can choose the IPTV app you like on each device and change later without affecting your subscription — the same login details work in each app. We show setup for a few popular ones. Apps are made by independent developers, so each has its own terms, features, languages and any prices, which are separate from your Aroma IPTV subscription. Many apps let you change the interface language in their settings.

What You Should Know Before You Judge Any IPTV Service
Most streaming problems come from the home network, not the service. Run a speed test on the same device you watch on, ideally at the time of day you usually watch. As a rough guide you need about 10 Mbps for HD and about 25 Mbps for 4K on each screen, and more if several people share the connection. Some internet providers slow streaming traffic, and older devices can struggle with high-quality streams. A cable connection is steadier than Wi-Fi.
Your Internet Connection Matters Most
Use about 10 Mbps for HD and about 25 Mbps for 4K per screen as rough planning targets, not a playback guarantee. Allow additional capacity when several people share the connection.
Your Provider and Your Device Can Affect Playback
Compare playback on another device and at another time before deciding where the problem lies. Buffering alone does not prove that your provider is slowing streaming traffic or that the service is at fault.
4K Depends on More Than the App
The channel or title, screen, playback device and connection must all support 4K. Installing an IPTV app does not turn an HD source into a 4K stream.
If Aroma IPTV Is Not Working: Common Fixes
Buffering or Freezing
- Run a speed test (see above).
- Use a wired connection if you can.
- Restart the app, then the device and router.
- Try a lower quality stream.

- Check for stray spaces.
- Confirm you chose Xtream Codes API.
- Contact support if it still fails.
Black Screen on a Channel
- Close and reopen the app.
- Try another channel.
- Lower the stream quality.
- Restart the device.
Programme Guide Is Empty
- Find the guide or EPG refresh option in your app.
- Run a refresh.
- Give it a few minutes after first login.

Aroma IPTV Setup — Frequently Asked Questions
IPTV Smarters Pro is a straightforward place to start on Fire TV, Android and iOS. TiviMate is a popular alternative on Fire TV and Android TV if you want a fuller programme guide. Both use the same login details, and you can change later.
Copy and paste the details from your welcome email, check for extra spaces, and make sure you chose Xtream Codes API. If it still fails, message our support team with the device and app you are using.
The first load downloads a very large channel and on-demand list, so it can take a minute or two, longer on a slow connection or an older device. Later loads are usually faster. If it never finishes, check your internet connection and restart the app.
You can install an app and enter your login on more than one device. The limit is how many are streaming at the same time, which is set by your plan's connection count. If more screens stream at once than your plan allows, one may be interrupted.
No. IPTV apps are made by independent developers, and some have paid features of their own. Those payments are separate from your Aroma IPTV subscription. You can start with a free app, and you can switch apps without affecting your subscription.
